Job Summary:
A Territory Business Executive is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales, productivity, and performance goals within defined timelines.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop business plans and implement related activities such as customer engagement initiatives, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to meet agreed objectives.
- Accountable for achieving sales, productivity, and performance targets, providing key account support, market access support, and referral networks.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, and competitors.
- Ensure timely completion of reports, handle enquiries and complaints professionally in accordance with procedures.
- Contribute positively to the Sales team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
- Provide input into effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting.
- Fully comply with adverse events guidelines and industry standards.
- In case of a Manager/ Leader; the person is responsible for sales planning, target setting, reporting, and team/account knowledge.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Healthcare / Pharma / related business.
- Established network to target Customer Group desirable.
- Territory knowledge essential.
- Science educational background required (B.Sc, B.Pharma).
- Good communication skills.
- Desirable Requirements: Cardiovascular experience.
