Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Field Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting enrolment/order intake goals, generating enquiries through various means, conducting compliant admission processes, and ensuring system updating and daily reporting.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the micro market of the territory, including prospect base, ecosystem, and job opportunities. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with graduates, stakeholders, and potential candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Market Understanding: Knowledge of the micro market, prospect base, and ecosystem
  • Enquiry Generation: Conducting activities in employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, and outreach to unorganised sector workforce
  • Admission Process: Ensuring correct and full course information is shared with students and following admission process procedures
  • System Updation & Daily Reporting: Updating systems regularly and contributing to batch occupancy and launch

The Field Specialist will travel extensively to outreach locations for lead generation and will be required to manage activities end-to-end, generate databases of eligible candidates, make presentations, and convince prospects to take up courses and pay training fees.

  • Knowledge of the ecosystem and job opportunities
