Field Marketing Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Representative to expand our presence in Mumbai's vibrant creator and business ecosystem. This is a full-time role for self-starters who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can close deals with confidence.

Your primary responsibility will be to directly approach restaurants, salons, creators, event venues, and local businesses to pitch our innovative short-form video services. You will communicate our value proposition clearly and effectively, convert leads into long-term customers, and meet monthly conversion targets.

You will also foster and manage strong client relationships for repeat and referral business, execute on-ground brand awareness campaigns in high-footfall areas, record and report daily activity, and collect feedback from customers to share internally for product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pitch Flashoot's innovative short-form video services to potential clients.
  • Communicate our value proposition clearly and effectively.
  • Convert leads into long-term customers and meet monthly conversion targets.
  • Foster and manage strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Execute on-ground brand awareness campaigns in high-footfall areas.
  • Record and report daily activity.
  • Collect feedback from customers to share internally for product improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales or field marketing.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills; confident and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently & meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the creative, events, or startup industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi preferred.
  • Two-wheeler with valid license is an advantage.
