About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics AX Expert to support our enterprise application environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AX modules, proficient in SQL development, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all core Dynamics AX modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management (IM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Projects.
  • Work independently to debug existing AX customizations, trace and understand business logic in X++ and SQL, extract and transform data from Microsoft SQL Server, write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and migration, and perform pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality.
  • Create documentation for SQL processes, data mappings, and validation steps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
  • Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization.
  • Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, minimal-supervision environment.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing scripts.
  • Solid understanding of stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  • Knowledge of data conversion best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
