Job Title: Maintenance and Reliability Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Maintenance and Reliability Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all plant utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment across the pharmaceutical facility.

The successful candidate will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, utility, and process equipment. They will also maintain and upkeep critical utilities, including boilers, chillers, DG sets, and water purification systems, ensuring energy efficiency, minimal downtime, and continuous operation of the plant without energy loss.

In this role, you will lead the installation, commissioning, and qualification (URS/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) of new equipment and systems. You will manage HT/LT electrical systems including transformers, switchgears, panels, cabling, and substations. Additionally, you will supervise mechanical utilities and process equipment like HVAC systems, purified water systems, and other critical utilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to identify and resolve underlying issues in equipment failures and system inefficiencies. They will also have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for tracking, planning, and optimizing maintenance activities. Accuracy in maintaining technical documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance records is essential.
