Job Title: Condition MonitoringResponsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support on condition monitoring of rotating equipment
  • Analyse online and offline data acquisition techniques to identify maintenance needs and prevent major breakdowns
  • Support reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters
Skills Required:
  • Application of condition-based maintenance techniques with the ability to independently troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve equipment problems
  • Basic knowledge of machine condition monitoring, balancing, alignment, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with vibration standards
  • Understanding of rotor dynamics, mechanical design, equipment function, and construction
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Accredited vibration analysis training (Cat I)
  • Knowledge of condition monitoring data systems (CSI Emerson SKF and GE System1 SmartSignal), oil analysis techniques, wear particles, thermography, etc
