Customer Care Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building relationships and promoting our exquisite jewellery collections through phone calls.

Success in this role means meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the brand's growth through strong rapport-building and product expertise. This position plays a key role in connecting our customers to our craftsmanship and ensuring they remain loyal to our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jewellery products and generate sales.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable jewellery items based on their preferences and budget.
  • Providing detailed product information, including materials, designs, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries professionally, ensuring excellent service and accurate information.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records accurately in the CRM system after each interaction.
  • Following up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Resolving customer issues or concerns related to orders, deliveries, or products promptly.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align on promotions, offers, and sales strategies.
  • Tracking and reporting daily call volumes, conversion rates, and sales performance to management.
  • Maintaining a polite, empathetic, and persuasive communication style to build trust and drive sales.
Qualifications
  • Graduate or diploma holder (preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields).
  • Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or a retail sales role (jewellery industry experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work towards and meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
