Role Overview

We seek a detail-oriented individual to join our customer service and sales team. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls, provide information, schedule appointments, promote plans, and capture accurate data.

About Our HVAC Process

Our company has been managing the HVAC process for over two years. Our India-based team handles complete back-office operations including calls, technician scheduling, promotions, invoice handling, and quality assurance. Supported by tools such as Rilla Voice AI, Service Titan, and Dialpad, our process maintains high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to customers for various purposes.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments.
  • Follow up on previous service calls or inquiries.
  • Promote and explain plans and special offers.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate & above.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience in an outbound call center role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM systems.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
