Position Summary
We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to join our call-center team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing clear solutions and guidance.
- Document all interactions in the customer service system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist management in day-to-day activities, such as data entry, reporting, and product ordering.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call-center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient with computers and basic software (CRM systems experience a plus).
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Shift
:
- 6am - 2pm PST/PDT
