
Business Development Partner for Tech Companies

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Partner to join our team of professionals. This role involves identifying key decision-makers within software and tech companies, building relationships, and presenting our QA service packages with confidence.
This is not a quick-win sales role; we seek serious professionals who understand client acquisition and value long-term business relationships.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition is required.
- You must have demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as being results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
The compensation structure includes:
- Commission-only: starting at 10% of closed deals, with potential for higher tiers based on performance.
- Payouts are made once we receive client funds, ensuring a clear and transparent process.
- A 6-month freelance contract, with renewal opportunities for high performers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
