Business Growth Executive
We are seeking a visionary Business Growth Executive to spearhead our Ed-tech firm's expansion and revenue growth. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, while driving strategic initiatives to boost profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the business.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the company's goals and objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the company's customer base through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers, prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance, including metrics such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
- Identify and mitigate key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations, ensuring the company remains agile and adaptable in an ever-changing landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, communicating effectively and transparently to build trust and credibility.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing thought leadership and expertise in the field of Ed-tech.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing budgets and forecasting revenue.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
