Senior Technology Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and drive the development of a cutting-edge logistics-tech platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and scaling SaaS, logistics-tech, or marketplace platforms, with expertise in technical leadership and strategic decision-making. They will be responsible for defining and executing the technology roadmap, building scalable and reliable products, and leading product development, architecture, and engineering decisions.

A successful CTO at our organization will partner closely with our founding team to shape the company's strategy and growth, while recruiting and mentoring an engineering team as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Visionary: Define and execute the technology roadmap to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Product Development Leader: Build scalable and reliable products that meet the needs of the logistics ecosystem.
  • Technical Strategist: Make informed decisions on product development, architecture, and engineering to ensure the success of the platform.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit and mentor a high-performing engineering team to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, NIT, BITS, or global equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS, logistics-tech, or marketplace platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong technical expertise with ability to be hands-on in early stages, strategic leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Team Management: Experience in managing and growing high-performing teams in startups or high-growth environments.
