Employee Engagement Specialist

About This Role:

This role is centered around developing and executing a comprehensive employee relations strategy to drive business outcomes. As an empathetic professional with excellent interpersonal skills, you will foster strong relationships with employees, resolve complex people issues, and develop in-depth subject matter expertise to address employee relations matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on high-complexity employee relations issues, including terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Design and implement data-driven ER models and analysis to inform business decisions and enhance consultant experiences.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through stakeholder referrals and redeployment.
  • Manage a caseload of high-priority ER matters and internal investigations.
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to optimize consultant retention and engagement.
