The HR Engagement & Initiatives Specialist will focus on managing the employee experience across institutions. This role will own the onboarding journey, engagement programs, surveys, and transparent communication initiatives.
Job Description
This specialist will be responsible for:
- Conducting structured 15/30/60/90-day onboarding connects and 1:1 conversations with new employees.
- Building and tracking a 30/60/90-day employee journey framework that captures expectations vs. achievements.
- Ensuring 90-day feedback flows into the probation review process, providing managers with data-backed insights.
- Designing, implementing, and managing engagement programs for schools, colleges, HO, and Early Years.
- Developing and executing an annual engagement calendar, including recognition events and team-building initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, as well as 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting are required.
