Main Responsibilities:- HR Strategy & Policy Implementation
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Employee Life-Cycle Management
- Manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Serve as an employee champion, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing initiatives to boost engagement and morale.
- HR Metrics & Data Analysis
- Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Compliance & Audit Support
- E nsure adherence to employment laws and company policies, providing support for site-specific audits.
- Change Management
- Support leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR), with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and build relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
- Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
