Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labour Relations Specialist to support our business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, including recent amendments, by filing returns under various Labour Laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate employee complaints, identify violations of company processes, and initiate appropriate action against erring employees.
  • Conduct Labour Law audits, respond to notices, apply for necessary licenses, visit branches, and ensure seamless Labour Law compliance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare Payroll Inputs and maintain harmonious relations with government authorities, such as the P. F office.
  • Ensure accurate records, prepare reports, and provide timely updates on Labour Law compliance.
Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

  • A postgraduate degree in HR or MILS is preferred, but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.

  • Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
