Beverage Trade Network is a leading international drinks media company with a strong presence in the market. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking an ambitious and creative professional to join our Marketing team as a Marketing and Communications Lead.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to contribute to the development of internal and external communications and content strategy. If you have a keen interest in wine and spirits, possess excellent digital content development skills, and experience working in social media, this could be the perfect fit for you.

The purpose of this role is to support the CEO in creating engaging communications and content that showcases the BTN brand. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day content production, overseeing distribution through various channels, writing and editing marketing emails, press releases, and creating press partnerships.

You will be accountable for:

  • Managing content production processes and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive content distribution strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Crafting compelling marketing emails, newsletters, and press releases that resonate with our audience.
  • Fostering relationships with press partners and associations worldwide.
  • Negotiating partnerships with large wine and spirits companies globally.
  • Establishing connections with agencies worldwide to drive business growth.
  • Creating video content that adds value to our customers' experiences.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A high level of computer literacy, accuracy, and strong editing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in writing content for various platforms, including websites, press releases, and newsletters.
  • Understanding of different communication channels and required content styles to achieve optimal results.
  • Experience managing creative projects, including collaboration with external providers.
  • Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their applications.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
  • At least two years of experience in communication and content management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Google Analytics, and design software like Canva.
  • A genuine passion for wine and spirits.

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately $60,000 per year, commensurate with your experience. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth, flexible working arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Must be available to work on-site in Vadodara and reside in the area.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, and social media is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills are essential.
