Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Delegate Executive to join the Global Games Show team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with prospective delegates, ensuring high attendance rates, and creating a seamless experience for event participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate Recruitment: Conduct thorough research to identify potential delegates, utilizing effective communication strategies to engage them in the event.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with delegates to guarantee their participation and satisfaction throughout the event.
  • Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the event, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement among target audiences.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of delegate information in the CRM system, facilitating timely follow-ups and communications.
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist delegates with registration, travel arrangements, and other event-related queries to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from delegates post-event to understand areas for improvement and maintain long-term engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, such as sponsorship, operations, and content, to align delegate activities with the event's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, delegate management, or a similar role (preferably in the gaming or technology industry).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
