
Strategic People Development Manager

About the Role:
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing people strategies that drive business growth. This role partners closely with key stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relationships, and shape key HR programs like performance management, retention initiatives, rewards, and engagement.
This includes driving critical human resource metrics such as retention rates, engagement levels, and cost optimization for a fast-paced business; engaging with internal and external partners in matrixed relationships for compensation, staffing, HR services, and the business; operating independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team through training, mentoring, and leading HR initiatives and best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention rates, engagement levels, and cost optimization for a fast-paced business
- Engage and collaborate with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for compensation, staffing, HR services, and the business
- Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team through training, mentoring, and leading HR initiatives and best practices
- Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams
- Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives
- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives
- Own and drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the organization
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and sound judgment

About You:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role
Educational Background:
MBA from premium Institute is preferred
