About the Role

The role-holder will be responsible for owning and driving key strategic cycles in the People team.

They will oversee budget management, provide analytical insights to inform decision-making, and track targets and productivity for the People function.

Additionally, they will be responsible for governing financial controls of people overheads, identifying efficiencies to deliver cost savings.

The role holder will also partner with business stakeholders to drive Rewards Philosophy and merit cycle implementation for India BU.

Key Responsibilities
  • ZBB process for BU India – Policy, DAG adherence, ZBB reviews, and 1 YP management.
  • Lead the cycle of 3YP, 1YP, and other key planning cycles in the people team.
  • Design and manage manpower blueprint, organization structures, and people costs through Anaplan.
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendations on budget and blueprint breakdown by various criteria.
  • Use organizational design principles for optimizing structure design.
  • Collaborate with the PPM and Rewards Lead to set up structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of the people team.
TSC
  • Implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in sync with global standards.
  • Define tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in the people team.
  • Introduce best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Drive a high-performance mindset within the team.
Qualifications
  • MBA in any specialization from a top-tier B-School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.
