This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization
- Collaborate with sales teams to design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and advertisements
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and target audiences
- Organize and participate in promotional events and open houses to network with potential clients
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary
- Maintain and update company websites and social media profiles with current property listings and content
- Market planning and research skills
- Experience in ATL and BTL handling
- 4-5 years experience in marketing field (RealEstate)
