Key Responsibilities:

  • Delve into comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels.
  • Lead brand positioning, campaign management, and customer acquisition strategies to drive growth.
  • Oversight of marketing budgets across online and offline channels.
  • Leverage SEO, SEM, paid media, affiliates, remarketing, and partnerships for performance marketing.
  • Manage web, CRM, and marketing automation tools to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and business leadership to maximize ROI.
  • Bulk up strong customer personas and analytics-driven strategies for targeted campaigns.
  • Spearhead creative, content, and communication consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Drive offline marketing initiatives including events, BTL activities, and community programs.
Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in Ed-Tech industry (mandatory).
  • Current/previous role as Head of Marketing / Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in top Ed-Tech companies.
  • Proven success in digital and performance marketing campaigns delivering measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, social platforms, CRM & automation tools.
  • Strong experience in affiliate marketing, webinars, and BTL activations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Educational background: B.Tech / MBA preferred; certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
