Key Responsibilities:
- Delve into comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels.
- Lead brand positioning, campaign management, and customer acquisition strategies to drive growth.
- Oversight of marketing budgets across online and offline channels.
- Leverage SEO, SEM, paid media, affiliates, remarketing, and partnerships for performance marketing.
- Manage web, CRM, and marketing automation tools to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and business leadership to maximize ROI.
- Bulk up strong customer personas and analytics-driven strategies for targeted campaigns.
- Spearhead creative, content, and communication consistency across all touchpoints.
- Drive offline marketing initiatives including events, BTL activities, and community programs.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in Ed-Tech industry (mandatory).
- Current/previous role as Head of Marketing / Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in top Ed-Tech companies.
- Proven success in digital and performance marketing campaigns delivering measurable ROI.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, social platforms, CRM & automation tools.
- Strong experience in affiliate marketing, webinars, and BTL activations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Educational background: B.Tech / MBA preferred; certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
