Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven professional to join our team in Mangaluru. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic initiatives and expansion efforts, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our reach and customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the customer interaction team to gather insights from clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client relationships and interactions.
  • Apply automated software and tools to engage with clients and optimize business processes.
