  • Customer Retention: Focus on retaining existing customers and renewing contracts to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Pipeline Development: Establish new relationships with potential customers to expand our network and business opportunities.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Stay informed about competitors' activities and adjust our strategies accordingly.
