Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and implementation of business propositions for our Private Banking segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and portfolio metrics for C-Suite and proposition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a compelling customer life cycle management framework that aligns with business objectives.
  • Engage with customers through regular interactions to drive segment KPIs and meet strategic imperatives.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to create a best-in-class experience for the target group, measured through NPS for the segment.
  • Evaluate and implement new partnerships to enhance proposition development and optimize existing relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading high-performance teams, preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience in designing and implementing business propositions.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Ability to think creatively and influence stakeholders across all levels and teams.
