  • Financial & Business Performance: Own and deliver budgets, forecasts, and financial results, driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • People Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Stakeholder & Market Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic decision-making, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven success as an executive in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Deep understanding of systems, processes, and engineering lifecycle.
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and entering new markets.
  • Degree in Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
