Job Summary


As a highly skilled Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director's office with coordination and follow-up on all tasks within allotted deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and follow-up on all tasks assigned by the Director's within the allotted deadlines • Plan Business Strategy, Business Plans, Coordination • Maintain relationship with Investors • Coordinate with Government Bodies for approvals • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, internal sessions, special events, etc. • Assist in preparation for presentations required for participating events • Public relations – Including press conferences, media releases, medical content writing • Plan and initiate various promotional activities in coordination with marketing department and Brand strategy consultants • Preparation of Monthly budgets for expenses in coordination with finance department that management may approve • Make travel arrangement (domestic and international), hotel booking, Visa processing, tour reports wherever necessary as per monthly appointment calendar • Preparing MOM, business reports covering sales comparison, targets achieved monthly / quarterly • Managed correspondences and communication as per instructions and maintaining confidentiality • Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary

Requirements
• Bsc/Msc Graduate or equivalent • Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant to MD experience preferred • Strong Business Strategy, Business Plans, Coordination, Calendar Management, Daily Report, MOM, Monthly budgets, Business Reports, Travel Arrangement skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure • Female candidate desired
