Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

Job Description:

The role of a Business Growth Specialist is to drive business expansion within assigned territories. This involves identifying and pursuing new opportunities, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, result-oriented, and able to think strategically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Client Management: Maintain and enhance existing client relationships through regular visits and effective communication.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate with sales teams across regions to pursue and maximize new opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or sales.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and rapport with clients, proactive and result-oriented.
