Key Account Manager - HCV Sales

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead the sales of Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV) in their respective territory.

  • This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales volumes and market share through local dealerships.
  • The successful candidate will identify and engage with strategic customers, including fleet owners, and work on securing group deals.
  • They will also map sub-territories segment-wise and create conversion plans.
  • An essential part of this role is conducting sales forecasting for existing models and guiding channel partners to develop secondary sales networks.
  • This position requires close collaboration with the Product Development/PMG team to understand customer expectations and provide timely feedback.
  • The ideal candidate will stay informed about competitors' activities and new product plans, enabling them to develop effective counter-strategies.
  • A key aspect of this role is training, motivating, and developing channel partners and their sales teams.

About You

  • You hold an MBA or Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • With a minimum of 5 years of experience in general management, you possess strong skills in manpower management, financial management, sales planning, and capability building.
