Job Title: Evening Shift Ticketing Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ticketing professional to manage evening shift operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in airline ticketing, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for booking, canceling, rescheduling, and managing domestic and international tickets. They will also handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.

Key responsibilities include providing customer support via calls, emails, and chats during the evening shift. The candidate will assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.

The selected candidate will work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance. They will ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.

Liaising with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams is essential to ensure smooth ticketing operations. The candidate will update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.

· Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in an evening shift setup.

Preferred qualifications include candidates based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, who will be given preference. Experience handling evening shift operations and familiarity with visa regulations, baggage policies, and travel restrictions will be an added benefit.
