Job Description:

  • We are seeking a professional to fulfill the gold loan process at branches post sales and perform basic data entry.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for training new hires on policies and processes for gold loans.
  • Ensuring policy adherence and meeting targets at branches is also a key responsibility.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to vaulting processes and policies.
  • Auditing gold in accordance with laid down policies and processes is essential.
  • The candidate will be responsible for valuing gold ornaments.
  • Providing feedback to authorities on credit processes, policies, and local markets is a regular requirement.
  • Effective data analysis and sharing of best practices with other location teams is expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of gold loan processes.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Experience in vaulting processes and policies.
  • Knowledge of auditing procedures.
  • Valuation skills.
