Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To source and acquire new LAP customers through direct sales and channel partners.
  • To assess client eligibility, financials, and property documents.
  • To generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
  • To coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursal.
  • To ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
  • To maintain good relationships with clients and ensure post-disbursal service.
  • To achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 1–6 years of experience in sales of secured loans (preferably LAP or Mortgage).
  • A good understanding of lending norms and documentation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • A willingness to travel extensively.
