Job Title: Engineering Manager

Job Summary
  • Lead engineering efforts for compressor package design, ensuring contract specifications are met.
  • Contribute to basic engineering and documentation creation.
  • Maintain compliance with Contract, EDI (Engineering Design Instruction), Quality checklists 4-Eye Principles.
  • Develop technical concepts for special solutions in package integration and layout.
  • Coordinate project schedules and budgets.
  • Model entire compressor train using 3D CAD.
  • Create drawings for compressor packages, including layouts, general arrangements, piping plans, foundation plans, cable routing plans etc.
  • Generate fabrication isometrics and pipe supports in Siemens-NX.
  • Assemble models of base frames, coupling guards, steel structures, platforms and generate drawings.
  • Prepare Bill of Materials for ordering components and pipes.
  • Oversee detail design engineering for compressor packages in international projects.
  • Develop checklists, process procedures, master drawings, guidelines to ensure document quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Up to 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD with Siemens - NX.
  • Familiarity with Teamcenter and SAP.
  • Knowledge of other 3D Plant Design Systems desirable.
  • Understanding of mechanical design, plant and piping design.
  • Knowledge of ASME, API, internal and international standards.
  • Rotating equipment and auxiliary systems expertise.
  • Good analytical skills, effective communication and cross-cultural abilities.
