About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Consultant to support our teams in India and globally. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a dedicated compensation and benefits role as part of an international rewards team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, delivery, and communication of compensation and benefit plans according to market practice, business objectives, and global best practice.
  • Manage benefits services, including local brokers/advisors, escalations, vendor selection, and management, technology, automation, and continuous improvement of employee experience.
  • Successful execution of annual and compensation cycles, including merit, adjustments, promotions, and bonus.
  • Manage the company's rewards and recognition programs.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in a dedicated compensation and benefits role as part of an international rewards team.
  • Strong proactive communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills using data manipulation techniques to offer insights and define solutions to business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
