About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to deliver high-quality compensation and benefits solutions for our clients.

The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain compensation and benefits programs that meet statutory compliance requirements and stay up-to-date with market practices and developments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute compensation strategies.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and trends analysis.
  • Develop job evaluations and leveling frameworks.
  • Presentation of solutions and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a compensation role.
  • In-depth understanding of Total Rewards design principles.
  • Familiarity with leading Job Evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • University degree in HR or related field preferred.

Personal Qualities:

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
