Business Systems Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst who can play a fundamental role in helping our clients succeed.

Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and documenting business and functional requirements that enhance their ability to provide industry-leading care and comply with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to diplomatically establish professional working relationships with clients and co-workers, and handle stress in a productive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business and systems analysis for small projects/applications and systems.
  • Lead discovery sessions with project stakeholders to elicit business requirements and ensure software development complies with user and business specifications.
  • Collaborate with business and IT to document mockups, prototypes, use cases, and workflow diagrams to ensure designed products meet usability and user experience standards.
  • Consult with project and business stakeholders to develop, document, refine, and communicate business and functional requirements while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Support Product Manager/Owners in prioritizing backlogs and writing user stories.
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create alignment and purpose from concept to development.
  • Articulate and identify strategic objectives for all assigned projects, aligned to customer expectations and company goals.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst working directly with clients, stakeholders, business units, and software engineering teams. Experience with Use Case Modeling, Process flows, and activity diagrams is also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
