Seeking a highly experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to design, implement and manage compensation structures that align with the organization's overall philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for compensation management, balancing compliance, cost control, and talent attraction and retention.
  • Lead project teams in developing technology roadmaps for Market Intelligence & Annual Planning and the Total Rewards CoE.
  • Analyze data using dashboards and predictive analytics to inform actionable market intelligence.
  • Maintain a global perspective on compensation management activities, understanding unique characteristics of state entities.
  • Consult with senior leaders and managers on compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop compensation structures, conduct ad hoc analyses for business leaders, and general market pricing of jobs through salary surveys.
  • Support the work of HR professionals within the CoE and drive the development of a truly global Fiserv HR organization delivering clients and communities.
  • Undertake job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences between jobs within the organization are perceived as such.

The successful candidate will also drive wellbeing and benefits operations to enable the development and implementation of health and mental wellbeing policies and programs.

Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance / HR.
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management from a technology-enabled organization or broker industries.
  • Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design & governance.
  • Strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
  • Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing.
  • Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable.
  • Able to handle large size data in Excel.
  • Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information.
  • Time management and analytical skills.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to establish a plan, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards.
