Job Title:
Head - Business Insights and Predictive Analytics

As a key member of our Data Science & Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic data-driven decision making. Your expertise in predictive analytics, business intelligence, and capacity planning will be instrumental in shaping our organization's future.

Job Description:
  • Create robust capacity plans for back office/Admin and Project based teams in O&T by developing methods and practices that ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement forecasting models to predict varied team performance across Operations & Technology units, providing actionable insights for informed decision making.
  • Collaborate with regional operations leads to develop individual capacity plans for each product line/region, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of resources.
  • Support the development of Capacity Planning application from an end-user perspective, focusing on user experience and ease of use.
  • Enhance workforce management practices across O&T by leveraging peaks and troughs, lean periods, and cross-training opportunities.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 20+ years of experience in ITES, with 10+ years in business intelligence, predictive modeling, forecasting, and planning in Services Industry, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, mathematics, engineering, or economics from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management practices, problem-solving attitude, excellent analytics skills, and aptitude for fostering positive relationships.

Others:
  • Minimum 12 months of experience as Associate Director (Level F) or Director (Level G), with at least On-Track or equivalent rating in the last appraisal.
