Job Title:

Business Analyst - Data Insights

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Intelligence: Develop insightful data tools and processes to support commercial teams via extensive analysis across key performance indicators (KPIs), generating market insights to drive revenue strategy and business strategic initiatives.
  • Business Partnering: Strong ability to work with stakeholders to understand business questions, translating them into actionable data-driven solutions that embed results and findings into daily decision-making.
  • Delivery of Commercial/Financial Results: Drive mindset and behavior change through education and continuous conversations, leveraging advanced analytics techniques to simplify complex datasets into meaningful insights.
  • Data Based Decision Making: Develop and track KPIs anchored to business strategies and must-win-battles by identifying areas of improvement via extensive analysis, e.g., distributions, rate of sales, profitability, ROI, relative price, customer/portfolio profitability.
  • Tracking KPIs and Generating Insights: Deliver clear and actionable insights for Sales teams to act on in short to mid-term to track and grow sales team efficiency and execution standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree Holder: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 7-8 Years Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of experience in retail/FMCG/relevant industry, preferably in the area of Data Analytics, Data Translation, and Data Storytelling.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficient in R and Python programming languages, with analytical skills in MS Excel and strong numerical sense.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A bachelor degree holder with minimum 7-8 years experience in retail/FMCG/relevant industry, preferably in the area of Data Analytics, Data Translation, and Data Storytelling. Strong technical skills in R and Python, analytical skills in MS Excel, and a strong numerical sense are required. The ideal candidate is proficient in extracting insights from charts and has BI/programming knowledge as a plus.
