Strategic Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Insights Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas, providing actionable insights to drive growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse business and operational data to generate actionable insights
- Facilitate and participate in business review meetings with senior stakeholders
- Support teams in understanding trends, opportunities, and business growth areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (AI in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools preferred)
- Excellent communication skills – ability to simplify complex data into clear insights
- Proven experience in managing review meetings and preparing business strategy inputs
- MBA in Finance or equivalent from a premier institute (IIMs / IIT is an added advantage)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
