Job Title: Quantitative Trader

  • We are seeking a highly skilled quantitative trader with expertise in market microstructure, trading strategies, and statistical modeling.
  • This role will provide hands-on experience in algorithmic trading strategies, data analysis, and research report creation for digital asset markets.

  • Responsibilities include conducting research on cryptocurrency markets, developing and backtesting algorithmic trading strategies using quantitative methods, analyzing large datasets to uncover patterns and identify trading opportunities, creating research reports and visualizations, and collaborating with engineers to integrate research into production trading systems.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will support the development of risk management and portfolio optimization models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics (e.g., probability, linear algebra, calculus)
  • Programming experience in Python, R, MATLAB, or related tools
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading concepts
  • Experience with data libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, and statistical modeling techniques
