We are seeking a seasoned Derivatives Trader to oversee firm capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across leading exchanges.

This role is ideal for traders who excel in point-and-click trading and those transitioning toward automated frameworks. You will be responsible for managing multiple products, pricing, execution, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently generate positive cash flow while maintaining strict risk discipline.
  • Maintain risk exposure within predetermined parameters through Portfolio & Risk Management.
  • Analyse and adjust strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data for Performance Optimization. Develop new strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Create and deploy systematic or semi-systematic strategies for optimal results.
Requirements:
  • A clear description of your current trading stack (tools, platforms, data, models).
  • The ability to either develop or communicate tool requirements to engineers.
  • An understanding of your capital efficiency, return-on-capital, and risk profile.
  • A detailed P&L profile: performance range, expected returns, and drawdown behavior.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your trading.
