Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a seasoned backend developer to join our team as a Senior Backend Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services using Golang.

Your primary focus will be on writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. You will also be tasked with architecting scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.

You will work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployments. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues. You will have hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.

We require a strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang. Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra) is essential. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is also required.

In addition to the above skills, knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus. Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines is also desired.
