Senior Meta Ads Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned digital advertising expert to lead our international client accounts. As a Senior Meta Ads Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end ad strategies that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ad strategies across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve ROI-driven results.
  • Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments to optimize results.
  • Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns and track KPIs to inform campaign optimization.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients, with a preference for Australian market expertise.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
