Senior Facebook Ads Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facebook Ads Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully deploying and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on high-impact results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Determine optimal campaign strategies to drive effective conversion.
    • Analyze customer actions and develop A/B testing plans (content, ads, audiences, placements...) to enhance campaign performance.
  • Candidates Requirements:
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads with significant budgets (over $20,000/month).
    • A strong performance mindset, able to quickly test and deeply optimize campaigns while maintaining control over budgets.
    • Familiarity with key components of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, etc.
    • Understanding of analytics and attributes (last click, view, etc.).
    • Priority is given to those with experience in e-commerce, services, online courses, real estate, finance, and related fields.
