Strategic Trader

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced quantitative trader to develop, test, and execute systematic trading strategies across various asset classes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-frequency and medium-frequency trading, with expertise in navigating dynamic market conditions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute trading strategies to deliver consistent profitability.
• Manage and optimize trading capital, ensuring efficient risk-adjusted returns.
• Monitor and analyze market microstructure, adapting strategies to evolving market conditions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance strategy development.
• Leverage statistical and mathematical tools to improve execution outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on trading experience with a proven track record.
• Domain experience in Indian or global markets (F&O, HFT/MFT trading) is essential.
• Experience in managing significant trading books/margins.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, risk management, and trading systems.
• Highly disciplined and self-motivated, able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
