Job Overview">

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Data Science efforts. As a Data Science Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts to drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts in developing and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop project plans to meet those needs
  • Oversee the development of data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data is ingested and processed efficiently
  • Design and implement machine learning models to achieve business objectives
  • Optimize and validate these models to scale, ensuring they meet performance metrics
  • Develop light applications and simulators to facilitate business consumption of end outputs
  • Document project artifacts and log failures and exceptions
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience with large language models, including Llama 1/2/3, T5, Falcon, Langchain, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with techniques like LORA, RAG, Instruct fine-tuning, Quantization, etc.
  • Predictive modeling experience in Python, including time series, multivariable, and causal modeling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
