Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Expand business network by identifying, pitching, and onboarding partners.
  2. Develop customized pitches to secure partnership deals.
  3. Act as single point of contact for new partners during onboarding.
  4. Conduct market research and build pipeline of prospective partners.
  5. Nurture strong relationships with partners.
  6. Provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Skill Set:
  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Understanding of franchise model and motivation of potential partner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in business sales, development, and management.
  • Proven track record of developing master-partners or direct partners.
  • Familiarity with business regulations and compliance requirements.
