Job Description

We require a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships and has a proven track record of closing deals in the B2B space. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify potential clients, develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on EST time zone (Eastern Standard Time).
  • Passionate about learning, eager to take on challenges, and committed to pushing your limits to grow professionally.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ready for 4-6 hours of deep work 5 times a week.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation in the lead generation and sales processes.
