Job Title: Crm Relationship Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced Crm Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with national and international clients.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Hindi. They should also have strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, as well as customer service orientation.


This role requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, with proficiency in CRM tools and data entry. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email communication, is also essential.


A graduate degree in any stream is preferred, with certifications in Customer Service or CRM tools being a plus. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a tele-calling, sales coordination, or customer-facing role is required, with experience with international clients being a bonus.


This role offers a best-in-industry salary based on experience and skills. We prefer female candidates residing near Vesu, Surat, who can work Monday to Saturday.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain products, answer queries, and resolve concerns
  • Generate and qualify leads by identifying potential customers interested in our offerings
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Follow up on leads to ensure consistent engagement and successful closures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction, lead information, and sales data records
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement
